i found my gears were a bit far apart and it was a little strange going into reverse every now and again so removed the seats, mats and the pannel to get to the base of the gear stick. it turned out as the engine is a left hand drive theres a linkage to place th gear stick for a right hander...

Has anyone got, had or driven a merc 814 horse truck? i have a 3 horse 7.5T truck that has a decent sezed living in it. I usually only carry 2 horses and the engine is less than 6 years old. I was wondering waht people thought to the power behind them? i find mine struggles quite a bit on hills...
