god horses are so amazin i was so upset and worried wen i was told he would never get his sight bac but your posts have helped so much his blind in his left eye and does not mind which side you lead him from his been in a trailer and that does not seem to worry him which is good. it nice to hear...

my 4 month old foal is blind in one eye due to kick from mum when he was 3 weeks old. it does not seem to bother him now but will it effect him when i want to ride him he was bred for showjumping will he still be able to do that?

i have just castrated my foal his still on mum it was better that way coz he really needed his milk after hope that helps

she mit just be losin her coat my foal is the same age he has rubbed his neck and back legs out coz his fluffy winter coalt is on its way and he is really itchy if you can try usin one of them brushes that pull out lose hair see if that helps

yeah i feed my mare in foal all the way through and still now feed mare and foal and have done seens he was about 2 wks old also feed foal mix and 24 hoir sugar beet Hope this helps
