Brushing Boots or Tendon & Fetlock Boots?

Boots won't support tendons/ligaments as such, however, they are not without their uses. They are designed to protect the horse from knocks and concussive injuries. Bearing in mind what you are doing with him I would personally buy a set of tendon boots and fetlock boots (the ones that look like...

Have a look at Protector helmets. Seriously safe and very comfortable.

Please help me find a non-heating feed for condition!

How old is he? If he's still a youngster and growing fast (which it sounds like he is) I would be feeding something, even just to get protein vits and mins in. Have a look at St. Hippolyt Equigard. It is seriously low in both sugar and starch but does have the protein, vits and mins or maybe...

Livery yards berks, oxon, bucks please?

Hi, I'm just wondering if any of you would have livery yards you'd recommend (assisted diy/part) in the high wycombe, henley, marlow, bourne end area. Ideally with an indoor school. Please.

    Arrrrrghhh bedding nightmare!!!

I'm using Aubiose and finding it brilliant. I looked at Megazorb and talked to them at YHL where they definitely suggested dampening it if it got at all dusty. Chose Aubiose due to cost. :)

    Best dust free bedding??!!

I've just started using Aubiose and once it's been down a bit (i.e. after the first 30mins or so) it's very non dusty. I did dampen it (as per instructions) and that helped a lot and I'mm finding it brilliant. Also found shavings (even Bedmax) dustier than the Aubiose so far.

    Need to change feed

Give H&F feeds a call or e-mail. http://handffeeds.co.uk . They should be able to tell you who stocks it locally, they're the distributors of Havens and have always been great with me.

Aubiose, how many to start a bed and how to muck out

Hi, I'm about to put down my new Aubiose bed and I was wondering a) how many bales people use to start a new bed and b) how you manage it (i.e. full muck out or semi-deep litter). Thank you
