Advice on taking on a horse with uveitis

If he has uveitis walk away . It's utterly heartbreaking and can be incredibly painful for the horse and very difficult to manage. I had a horse pts several years as he had uveitis in both eyes and was practically blind. He had cataracts on both eyes and the vet said he would eventually...

Acavallo ortho pubis seat saver, anyone use one.

My horse can only take a,16 5 saddle which I'm finding is making me sore in front putting it politely. Currently have the standard acavallo seat saver which does help but still not great. Has anyone used the ortho pubis one and did it make a difference. Thanks

    Top chop zero

Honeychop do a plain oat straw chaff. Very boring. Mine eats it under sufferance when there's nothing else left overnight

    Sharing some happy vibes!

No riding this morning but took my mare in the school to lunge. Had taken her rug off and she decided to have a good roll. Was lovely listening to her happy noises as she rolled. Small things.

    Christmas ride anyone?

Was planning on going out today with a freind. Rain and strong winds put a stop to that idea. Will try again boxing day.

Spinal fracture and huge confidence hit, the future is a scary unknown :(

    Barkbusters

Update I found a trainer locally who came out last week and did some work with Mylo so hopefully on the right track. It's a small world as a couple of the liveries where I keep Indie have him for their dogs. Thanks for reply

    Rat control

I use poison, not nice but effective. Had 2 dead ones in my stable yesterday, they were huge. I've ordered some wire wool to block the holes up where they are coming in and also going to try peppermint in a spray.
