I've just bought one - they're on clearance at www.equestrian.com, for £599 but if you sign up to their mailing list, you get a voucher for another £20 off. Can't wait to try!
Definitely get the "Private" signs up asap, and it may be worth you contacting your Council Public Rights of Way dept re lodging a Section 31(6) deposit, which will protect you if anyone should try to claim a right of way across your land (which they could try to do if it has been trespassed...
Sorry to bump an old post, but this is a common problem on some of the new style Wintecs, where the stirrup bars angle out from the material underneath so the stirrup leather can slip off way too easily. Wintec were correcting them for free at one point.
I have a Wintec Aussie stock saddle too...
You need to either apply for a diversion or move the arena. Doing an "unofficial" diversion would just be asking for trouble and people would have every right to stick to the official route if they choose. Depending on your local Council, you will probably have to pay (probably circa £1000)...
I'm not 100% sure - I've done a few searches, and some say MM = Made to Measure, but most say MM is between M and MW. This site here seems to put them in size order with MM between M and MW too...
Hi all, just looking for some advice please. I'm after an Albion K2 jump, and have been offered a MM fitting one, which apparently is a "Warmblood medium" as opposed to a M, which I think is a "TB medium".
What's the difference between the way these 2 saddles fit? My lad is 3/4TB x 1/4ID...
Cheers guys :)

I'm looking to buy an Albion K2 Jump, but I've seen some described as Albion "Legend" - is there a difference?
Also, have they changed much over the years, e.g. do I want to look out for ones of a certain age...
Fish are Thorowgood's system, but yes, similar principle.
I took some pics:
Front riser pad
Mid riser pads
I took apart my other Wintec saddle too, and that had front risers in as well, so that makes 2 with front risers in and one with mid risers in.
Thanks for clarifying that the...
Bit of a strange question, but does anyone know if the new style Wintec 2000 (2008ish onwards) comes with shims fitted under the Cair panels as standard?
Reason I'm asking, is I've just bought a 2000 off ebay and unboxed it, and could tell right away that it's been "modified". It's had a...
Wow, zombie thread! I started this 2.5 years ago! I've been using MyTracks as I prefer it to Endomondo, but will check out the other suggestions too, thanks.
