Last year we bought a 16hh 4yo to event, with similar breeding and competition experience to yours, for 4k. I thought this was very reasonable compared to other similar horses I had seen advertised, which were asking up to 8/9k. I don't know how that compares to what you've seen advertised more...
Thanks, did you have to do any more with drainage? Also, would we still need planning permission if the surface and membrane could just be lifted/scraped off if necessary, so it's not technically permanent, if you see what I mean?
