HAHAHAHA the pony waiting patiently at the ticket office properly made me laugh!! It looks very chilled out and I bet it would have stood patiently on the train too!!

Agree! Possibly even better behaved than some of the human passengers too, if Wales is anything like it is here.

Also love that the guy thought he wasn't allowed on cos he didn't have a ticket! 'Tsk, of course! Silly me, forgot to get the pony a ticket. Fair enough my man, I'll just nip in and get one...'. Bless.

If this guy can get a section a on a train he is more than welcome to come and try loading my colt into a horsebox :-)

BRILLIANT!!
My father use to travel his ponies on trains, maybe the owner thought he was back in the 50's?
Hope the pony didn't poo in the lift?!

Yet it was the norm at one time to travel your horse by train. Even when I first emigrated to NZ horses still travelled by train. Going to a show - put horse & self on train, arrive in town ride to show grounds, compete - put horse & self back on train at the end of the day and ride from the station to home again.

Apparently, the man later went to A&E asking for a doctor for the pony.
Lovely pony, hope its ok as my thoughts were that its so bizarre, the owner might be having a psychotic episode.

BTW, horses in lifts ..not so uncommon. Saw a documentry where cobs would go in lifts in high rise flats in Dublin. Owned by kids, guess they were taking 'em home for tea.:D

In Hong Kong horses live in multi storey stables - wonder if they have lifts or use the stairs?
