04 Myler bit - dressage legal if hooks not used?

Does anyone know?

i have a 04 Eggbutt Comfort Snaffle Low Port - my horse is going nicely in this, so i dont really want to change him back to his old bit ( straight bar happy mouth ) so im wondering if i dont use the hooks, will it then be a dressage legal bit?

No the 04 low port isn't dressage legal, I think only the 02 and 32 are.
