Well Mr scruffy is still an absolute dream to have in the family. Stopped whining as much at night (he lost his voice!) but enjoys trashing his crate overnight instead! Getting a bit nippy with his teeth...not major at the moment but advice as howto nip it in the bud would be helpful.
He's getting very good with toilet training and only had a couple of accidents the past few days.
He's such a darling - really good for my mum as her brother is on the brink of losing his battle with cancer this weekend...Scruffy is cheering her up a lot.

He is a gorgeous pup, had a friend who had a wheaten bitch, called Doris , which actually suited her

With regard to the nipping, I find the best way to stop them is to get them by the scruff and give them a little shake, whilst growling "no". this is how the bitch will have told off a pup - well obviously she doesn't say no!
 
Ah good idea...I think he got the drift when my sister starte crying as she pulled back when he was nipping...,ripping her skin.

was lame for a few hours but bright and breezy now!
