As the title says really, my boy has being barefoot 10 weeks now and just wanting people thoughts and opinions. I am aware he does have thrush but also a few bruises that keep appearing. Anything I can do to help with the bruises? He is lame at present so currently just being turned away for a bit which I know its the best for bf diet/ feet etc but just wanting peoples opinions.

Looks to me as though he needs a farrier to trim, certainly needs his opinion.
Has he got cracked heel [scratches] as well?
Is he getting too much grass, ie too much sugar and not enough fibre. Is he on minerals with magnesium and some [25+gms] linseed?
and salt.
What is the vet's opinion, if he is lame he may well need veterinary assistance.
He may or may not be best served with 24/7 turnout, depends on the individual scenario.
I would suggest that once he is no longer lame, and has had feet balanced, that you walk in hand on a tarmac road to "rasp" the feet as they grow.
