14.2 at 2yrs old what height to expect?

What type is he/she. As a rough guide, another hand until maturity, depends on type some take longer to mature to full height. A friend of mine had a welsh x grew four inches between 4 and 5
 
Well don't really know ad says 2 yr 14.2 coloured make 15 + am just wondering what the plus was before make any major decisions.
Hes coloured looks more a medium weight at moment I think.
 
I have a filly 2 next week and about 15.1 just now. She's cob x tb x shire, mum 15.2 dad was 16.0 at 4 but 1/2 shire so would take longer to get to full height. I'm expecting her to make at least 16.1.
 
I have a welsh and he was 14.1hh when turned 2 and he is now 14.3hh and is expected to make 15hh maybe an inch bigger
 
My 14.2 (homebred) was 14hh as a yearling & only grew those couple of inches. She was by a 16.3 out of a 14hh NF type mare.
