I have a 5 yo 14.2 Irish Coloured Pony. he has a fantastic temperament and nature. Although backed and well schooled, he is green as he is only being ridden once a fortnight and has not been out anywhere. He is going to make an ideal PC/RC alrounder. I have been told he has hunted in Ireland but as he is not fit enough and I haven't got a rider so I can not get him out. I have been advertising him as a future PC/RC pony but not received many calls and the ones I have had are asking how much PC he has done!
Would I be better advertising him as a prospective hunting pony or would he be a little too small or do '14.2' people want a guarantee that they have hunted?
Thanks.

Thanks Measles. Four A levels is taking up more time than she thought and he is still here :)
14.2 Coloured Irish gelding - Dylan is 5 year old, he is well schooled with three lovely paces. He has a lovely temperament. Good to do. Lives in or out. Comes to call. He is good to catch, load, travel, shoe etc. Vaccinations, worming, teeth and back are all up to date. He is going to make an ideal PC/RC pony but he is green and has not done a lot so please do not phone expecting a ready made pony. My daughter is now 16 and moving onto horses and he needs to go so bargain price for this lovely man.

he is a stunning little pony and you should have people grabbing at the chance to buy him. if i had room and didn't already have enough going on then i would of brought him from you. Good luck in selling him, it shouldnt take long xx

Both my 'hunters' are up to height 14.2hh's and suit our hill country perfectly, so yes, would also advertise as a prospective hunter.

Just watch out you don't get ticked off by forum admin for advertising....!
