Impossible to tell, so many varying factors. Is it fit? Is it fat? Is it underweight? What's it crossed with? Fine boned? Big boned?
Is this for an existing horse? If so, you'd be best off getting a nutritionist in, ideally one with a mobile weighbridge for an exact weight measurement, they'll be able to body score the horse and advise on weight.

He is fit and healthy just currently underweight as he lost abit over winter but is putting weight on now. Im just not sure of his average weight and i dont over feed him. I will look at having a nutritionist come out to help. Thank you

Rather than concentrating on his weight take a look at equine condition scoring - there are lots and lots of illustrated versions on the internet, but basically you want to be looking at the flesh cover over his ribs and hips, and that sort of thing. Don't fixate on actual weight too much as it's probably less helpful in this situation than condition score.

The Blue Cross version is good: https://www.bluecross.org.uk/advice/horse/how-to-body-score-your-horse
A feed company sponsored video but still useful: https://dengie.com/news-articles/feed-advice/how-to-condition-score-a-horse/

Hopefully you get the idea.
