Oh he has such a baby look about him... my guess is that the 1 is a typo and he's actually a 2yo. That would fit in with the description too.....

Well you see I thought that, but the advert says

The horse is obviously being sold by a complete idiot. My guess is it's a 2 year old and that 21 is a typo. She's "seen it jump 5 foot" (probably out of its field?) and lets her 4yo kid sit on it without a hat while she's not holding it. And she cannot spell "right".
