16 degrees here today!!!

Whoo!!! I brought the horses in, in a t-shirt!!!

Still muddy underfoot but...

I could smell freshly cut grass.

I could see the sun and blue sky.

Children in canary yellow polo shirts playing pooh-sticks in the stream on the way home from school.

I could see GREEN grass.

However... driving home from Oxford today, I could also see horses in double!! full neck rugs!!!! Madness.

It's only About 11 degrees here and blowing a gale. It's barely safe to go out due to slates and branches flying about.

Oh yeah, we had that wind overnight here in Bath. The cat got scared and slept on my pillow... with me still on it!

Our fence has blown down.

But... it's 16 degrees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fat cob is clipped and out naked!! But yeah the wind is annoying, still, we can't have everything

Wind keeps being really heavy overnight and for 30 minute periods during the day here
Been lovely and warm though and horses have been naked for 2 days

Mines been naked since the rain came and that freezing weather was over..

Nothing like a bit of spring rain to dampen the coat and get rid of the scurf... Some sun to wake the skin up and wind to blow away the winter woollies!

It's been over 10degrees here last week and this week now which is lovely. Just hoping this is it, spring is springing and we have promise that we can put horses out summer paddock soon...
