He is rather lush! Just from the pic - as the small pic I thought oooh gotta be 10k plus then opened the add and realised why £23,000 - If only I could win the lottery but for me he'd have to be a mare!
Hum, I thought that, but can only raise a handful of reciepts and handful of horse treats and possibly a sticky mint with fluff on it!! ( roll on pay day)
very nice, except for last photo, where he looks... windswept! surely for £23k they could stand him up straight?! (or does he always stand like that... i doubt it.)
lovely horse, definitely wasted doing dressage, should be eventing with me obviously!

actually, i think you'll find he should be doing hacking with me. if he's lucky he may even get a yearly visit to a local show where we'll enter the clear round class.
raff? who's raff?
he is nice but honestly if you spent that much money on a horse you would never let it out the stable for fear of it injuring itself. i just wouldn't be able to enjoy it without worrying or allowing it to be a horse
oh and just be be even more of a spoil sport, i wouldn't spend that much on a gelding because at least with a stally or a mare you should be able to breed from it if it doesn injury itself (because if you were spending that much money you would have it vetted to death to make sure there would be no foreseeable problems with it)
To be completely honest, while that is a lot of money for THAT horse, it isn't a huge amount for a good young dressage horse. Something that had finished in the top five in the 5 yr old finals at Hickstead would be worth 60k+ easily, even as a gelding.
That one is nice, but he isn't one of the top horses of his year and is overpriced IMHO. He has a short thick neck and possibly isn't quite so scopy in his trot. Nice canter.
Mmmmm - love him!
Well CC - it looks like we've got about £7.26! I can probably make it up to a tenner.
Shall we make them an offer??
You never know ....!
