I need your help pls peeps...
Yestreday I did a 12k run and the terrain was A LOT rougher than I thought (Imagine rutted animal tracks that have been puddled up in the wet then dried rock solid!) sheer ankle twisting for over an hour
anti-fun
Still the saving grace is I completed but now I have CANKLES!!!!!
Hardly any definition between ankle and calf they are so filled
Turned horses out this am and when I got home realised I was clicking (like exracers when they first come off the track and are so tight behind their hock ligaments click!)
So how using you equine knowledge can you slightly adapt it and advise me what to do with my sausage legs when I get home?... pls I'm in agony and look v odd when trying to get down the stairs
I have deep heat, ice spray, tubigrip, and plaster tape on hand if needed oh and a good old bag of frozen peas so what do you suggest?...
Thank you from limpy of wiltshire x
