Hi,

As I am permenantly behind rose tinted and heart shaped specs when looking at my girl, I would love for some critism on her conformation.

She is 16.1h Irish TB just turned 5 last month. Working on a bit of everything but hopefully a XC or two this year maybe a prelim test here and there.

Any comments welcome be they good or bad :D Thanks

she looks pretty good her neck is set ono her withers abit low shoulder possibly slightly upright in comparison to the ideal (nothing major) and has she got a slight bowed tendon on her front leg or is it the picture?
 
hee hee!! thanks, I will have a look at the tendon tonight, maybe just a crappy pic :) Glad she isnt a total odd job! She was a total and utter bargain (£450) and I love her to death!
 
For £450 there is nowt wrong with her at all!! Agree with comments re topline but that will come with time and work!
 
i think she is a nice type, nothing glaringly wrong with her confirmation looking at the pic you have posted. the neck/topline will come with time. i love the Irish TB's, i have one too!
i hope you have lots of fun with her :)
 
I'm no expert but i'd say she looks a nice sort, did she ever race?

I'd agree that her neck is a little low set and her shoulder a little upright, but tbh you do see a lot of TB's like this. I'd also like her to be a deeper in the girth, but again that's no real issue! And aboslute cracker at £450!!!
