1st proper lesson on Hemir today.....

i'm so nervous, and me being nervous will make him nervous and spooky!!! I am really looking forward to it but when i'm nervous i talk so mum keeps telling me to shut up, which is why i'm posting a pointless post...sorry!!!! At least this won't be the first time i've ridden him in a school - but first time with other people.....!!!!

Anyone got any tips on calming nerves?!

Deep breathing, peripheral (sp?) vision, concentration on the matter in hand, maybe a herbal remedy?

ok will try - may take some rescue remedy!!!!! thanks, im sure Hemir'll have fun....he likes meeting new friends, especially stallions!!!
