Hello,
As some of you may know Ebony has had a nasty injury to her leg and now is on her 6th week of box rest, I have been going mad not be able to ride and have my lessons or do anything. One of the girls at the yard felt sorry for me and offered me a ride on her old mare to have a lesson, Millie is totally different to my dear Ebony, very strange going from an Irish Draught to a TB, and I would never of thought a year ago I could do it, Ebony is a star with me and I feel very safe with her as she does take care of me, but why not can not moan that I can not ride then chicken out, so gave it ago, had a fantastic lesson on her and my instructor said I should feel proud of myself as I rode her well so things really are moving in the right direction. Very different from Ebony but really enjoyed in seemed vert strange not having alot of horse under me, instead of my dear Hippo lol. So just a couple of pics to prove I did it.
Thanks for taking the time to read my happy little post

Well done - you've discovered how lovely tbs are!

It's always strange getting on a different horse and I think most people get a bit apprehensive at first, but you look really confident on her.

I missed your post about Ebony's injury, I hope it's not too long before she's out and about.

I am so happy for you and sounds like your confidence is rocketing now, I remember a few posts last year where you seemed very low on confidence.
Big pat on the back to you, and big kiss for ebony ( now dont mix them up its wrong)
Fingers crossed you get another go soon :O)

How is Ebony doing?

Was very kind of her :) Ebony is doing better now the wound kept breaking down, and they thought she might have to go in plaster but this last week it has started to come together so I hope we are other the worse now, and from now it should really start to improve, thanks for asking x
