2.9 acre field to stock proof

I`m looking for an idea on how many rolls of stock fence I will need to fence the paddocks, already post and rail. Thanks

Walk the perimeter and measure it?

That is what my contractor does when he comes to give me an estimate for another section.

Just pace it out. Measure your stride against a tape measure, get as near to a metre as you can. Posts need to be about 3 paces apart.
