this was only about 1 mile from my house really high winds this AM so wondering if a fence fell. feel terrible for the horses and poor owners
I saw the blues and twos when I was back from the yard and feeding the ferrets but did not twig till someone sent me the link this AM

Awful news. Driving wind blowing down a fence could be a possibility.
