2 months later I'm still trying to get my deposit refunded for failed vetting horse

Ah right!

Apart from the growing a pair/piece of fruit issue, I would. I even have someone in mind who I think would do a very good job.

Parents' friend who was having issues with a tenant who wouldn't pay his rent or move out send round "several large gentlemen from the motor trade" and bingo! Problem solved!

I would send proof of delivery letters to both home and business before court proceedings giving 14 days. If it goes to court you can prove she has recd the letters and you habe tried to be amicable before taking to court. We can see you have been more than but the judge likes to see you have also. It's taken this long so 14 days more won't make much difference.

Might it be worth mentioning you're aware she sells a few horses and ought to be registered as a business? If she thinks you're going to start digging she might prefer to pay you ;)

I don't know of any other horses she has sold, I just know that she does. She told me when I originally phoned her, and someone at my yard looked at one for sale by her. Plus a few youtube videos under her youtube name (which is her old business name) of ones for sale. Nothing concrete.

I'm making a final draft of my letter atm.

Just to let you know do it sooner rather than later they are going on holiday on the 20th June, they may be short of cash after!:D

Lol thanks soltydog! Letter is now in the post, sent it tracked so I can make sure it arrives.

I've told the owner that I'm doing this, she said she's feeling awful (NOT why I told her, but I thought she should know). She has the same mobile number for her as I do...the one she's not answering on.
