2 stage vetting, curious answers?

Hi, I have just received an very uninformative 2 stage vetting write up. One of the questions asked of the seller was, "has the pony received any articular drugs in the past year?" To which the answer was - "don't know." as the seller has owned pony for the last year, surely they should know? Do you think they are covering their back on this one? Please let me know what you think ??
Btw I had to look up articular, as far as I can work out it the liquid that protects the joints, please feel free to correct me if wrong

I wasn't asked that question when I've had a 2 stage. As above maybe they didn't understand and didn't think to ask. You could ask the sellers why they didn't know.
