2 strangers on the ranch..

Had 2 horses turn up on the yard today, we popped them in a field and have been trying to get in contact with the owner all day and left our number and where they are stuck on the gate. we know they have come from down the road from us but we have had no success in getting in contact.

It's a bit sad really, lovely horses, they are well fed.. the paddock they are on his absolutely huge, feet trimmed, but it seems as though no one has even bothered to go see them today as they would have noticed they were missing and also found the note.

Hope the owner turns up soon, im sure they will be missed at some point if they seem well looked after.

Still no word.

Might just be me on this one but not to go and check your horses for over 24 hrs is just terrible.
I do really hope the guy is ok though, I have had thoughts that he may have been in an accident hence why the horses broke out cos they were hungry x

Do you know where the owner lives/ which house? Or maybe a local post office/ shop keeper that may know owner? Possibly go and knock if you do if you think someone may of had an accident. Or call the non emergency police phone number and explain, they may send a local pso of beat officer round to have a look if you're concerned. Hope it's sorted soon!!
