Think my slumberdown is about that - brilliant buy, had it 3 years now and looks like new still

I had the Mark Tood cheap one on trail from Your Horse last year and that has been brilliant too and is only about £35 I think - def in DH catalogue

I spent ages searching high and low for a 200g stable rug to fit Maiden, and in the end found an old style Weatherbeeta Jasper Lite for £20 (I now have a full range of Wb stable rugs for my mare who is turned away for the winter! D'oh)! They don't make them any more though... although according to Wb's site they have brought out a new Belmont medium which is 200g. The Rhino Original Stable rug is also 200g, and there are a lot of Fal rugs which come in that weight too (Godolphin, Galaxy, Saracen, Saturn, and their cheaper Slumberdown). I love all the Weatherbeeta, Horseware and Fal rugs so would recommend them all (especially Fal!)

Oh, then of course there are Shires and Masta rugs, I have no idea about them though as I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole!

I got one reduced from Tesco direct the other week for £13, fits the newbie perfectly and brilliant VFM

Thanks for the Tesco tip. Just ordered a lightweight for £13.00, and some travel boots for £7.00! Delivered to a local store so no delivery charges, and had a £5 off tesco direct voucher so horsey hopefully got a new outfit for £15.00. Just hope they fit now!

If they don't theyre really good about taking it back anyway. It's worth checking their site frequently as theyre knocking things down left right and centre. Had a girth the other day for £3 instead of £15, can't fault them.
