After much faffing about I have decided to get an equitrek Space Treka L (new - 2014 model). A friend of mine has a trailer business so for years I have been spoilt being able to have the benefit of a trailer without any of the headaches (except having to pick up/drop off). However, one of my horse detests IW trailers (my first choice) and loads roughly 60% of the time first time, and then can take up to 2 hrs to load the other 40% of the time (and it involves lunging which wasn't ideal when he was coming home after surgery). Loads first time in an equitrek or lorry.
So, essentially the question is has anyone bought one and what did you think of the quality? I read that the older ones had problems/were flimsy but that the newer ones were better? I wasn't hugely impressed with the build quality of the ones that I have used previously (c. 2006 models) which seems to be the converse of the IW where I loved the solid old ones but find the new ones so flimsy?
