21st Birthday Pressie Ideas?!

So it's my big 2-1 at the beginning of June and it has always been seen as quite an occasion within my family. I know what my parents are getting me, my daddy's big 4x4 :D:D:D:D! So lucky I know! But I keep getting asked what I would like from family/friends. Tbh, I'm struggling to tell them. I think a lot of people would like to get me something that I will keep and remember it as being for this particular birthday. I do really need a new show jacket but obviously they can be rather pricey and it is something that realistically I would have to choose and try on myself, I also thought money towards my trailer test? I think that people (especially my OH) are reluctant to get me horsey things as they feel it's not actually a present for me (we all know that's a lie, I'd rather have a new rug for Alf than a new bracelet or gift voucher any day!). So does anybody have any suggestions, horsey or non horsey, maybe that they have had themselves or bought for someone else for a milestone birthday?! Any suggestions however weird and wonderful welcome. Cup of tea and dairy milk on offer, if you would also like to finish my diss for me that would be great! ha! x
 
I got a nice riding coat for my 21st from the girls at the yard. It lasted me about 8 years! Can't bear go part with it it's still hanging in my wardrobe threadbare and no longer waterproof :). I I got a nice necklace for my 21st from parents. I got a nice necklace and bracelet for my 30th! Can't go wrong with nice piece of jewellery!
 
A painting of your horse? Or some horsey related art that you can keep forever?

I saw a lovely horse sculpture recently and did drop large hint to OH for Christmas - but we bought the spoiled cob rubber stable mats instead :(

I'll have the chocolate please, but will pass on writing your diss as I would be rubbish, although I have been doing GCSE Physics revision today with my daughter, if that is any help :)
 
A photoshoot of you on/with your horse?! I have some stunning photos of me on my boy and im wearing a long dress. Pm me if you want contact details.

It's not pricey, especially if friends club together, and you can treasure them forever!

Yeah, I think jewelry is a fairly popular choice but I just don't wear it! On the rare occasion that I do it's usually only earrings, I'm worrying that someone will get me a lovely bracelet or something it will just go to waste! What coat did your yard friends get you? I have always wanted a long barbour riding coat!
 
I would love a painting of my horses...BUT I am an average artist myself and have always wanted to do one of my own...it's just finding the time!

Liz - I'm sure your cob appreciated the sacrifice! Maybe next year ey?! Unfortunately physics is not very on topic, and I did my fair share of that at A level bleurgh! My diss is on the effect of plyometrics on the performance of lateral movements. Sounds more interesting than it is - trust me!

Blythwind/native pony...a photo shoot is a really good idea, I hadn't thought of that. Any contact details would be great. Do you have any of your own pics online? What kind of theme did you go for, did you ride or was it just in hand? I really would love some really decent jumping pics of me and my boy.
 
I am on my phone and have dodgy signal but will try my best to send you a link to my photos this evening.

Mine were arty shots of me in a long dress sat side saddle in frost/snowy conditions. He has also done other people in dresses, as well as more traditional riding/country wear both on their horse and standing next to it.

He has also done jumping/events but mainly does arty portrait shots. I will try to send a link in next couple of hours x
