24 hour turnout Wokingham, Berkshire. Ideas?

Just looking into it as a friend's horse really does need 24/7 turnout. Riding surface preferable, turn out in herds or alone. Water/ electricity optional as used to being without. Any ideas? Can drive (friend not horse) but don't think she wants to go too far away. Gelding, friendly, 14.3hh, no vices!
