24 year old mare with stiff rear leg.

I have a 24 year old mare who lives out 24/7 all year round. This is due to stress and stomach ulcers.
I hack her out 3-4 times a week. Recently one of her hind legs is very stiff. I'm thinking. Arthritis? Anyone got any suggestions please ?

Yes I suggest you get the vet to come and take a look at her .

That was my next step, but I was trying to get any other suggestions, before I do so.

If your horse has become lamer you need to get the vet and faff about on the forum .
An old lady deserves not to wait .
