Am on the lookout for two 2nd hand jackets - a hunt coat and a tweed.
Present hunt coat will survive another season, but a new one would be welcomed. Dug tweed out on Friday and its RATHER snug fitting (oh dear!).
I had both bespoke made because of my height and arm length and paid bespoke prices for them
. This time round I'm determined to find one (or both!) second hand!!
Have watched ebay like a hawk all weekend and there's NOTHING even slightly suitable for a tall lady.
Am I missing a golden gem of a place where tall people send/advertise their second hand jackets??
(FYI I'm size 12/14 (can do bigger sizes with help from local tailor) and need minimum 34" from base of collar to hem, and min 19" from armpit to cuff. So proper tall people coats - not those made for the slightly above average height - are a must!
