I've got a 2yr old Welsh Cob filly who's a tad over 14.1hh.

Does anyone know how big she should grow to?

Her Sire was 14.3hh and the Dam about 14.2hh.

if she's a full 2yrs old by the calendar (24 months or more) then i doubt she'll grow more than another couple of inches at most, tbh. some keep growing much longer though, so don't quote me on it, but i have 2 2yr old fillies here, and once they've finished see-sawing (still both bum-high at the moment) i think that's it... their bums are already their adult height, may just gain another inch or so.

She should be somewhere between the two so 14.2hh...but genetics isn't always as simple so you can get very big or small youngsters...I'd guess 14.3hh tops though.

hmmmmmmmmmm i recon she will make 18 hh JO,!!! shes perfect height, look wat lil Rosie pone can do!!! cant wait to have the video camera handy when you start riding her!! hehehe

I heard Section D's grow until the are 6. My 2 year old is 16 h at the mo and Expect her to make around 16.2 but then she will fill out and look bigger cos of this. But will have to wait and see.

TBH it's a wait and see game I think - a friend bought a 25 month old gelding a couple of years back and he was a shade over 16hh - he's now nearly 5 and 17.2hh

My lad I bought as a 4 rising 5 yo. He was 15hh when freezemarked as a yearling, 15.3 when I bought him and stopped at 16.2hh, think he's shrunk back down a bit now but he's 18 now

I vaguely remember Rosie being 13.2hh when I bought her aged 2, and now she's just over 14.2hh. I'd be well pleased if Lilly grew to 15.1hh though not all that bothered if she stayed at 14.1hh as she's a chunky monkey.
