I always travel my horse on the inside behind me driving.
My problem with my lorry has always been that the horse area is slightly further back. I have back seats behind the driver seat. This pushes the horse standing are into what would be the “living” at the back of a small lorry.
So, my back wheels are boxed in, in the horses area. This means if, as this one does it stands chest on breast bar the off fore is slightly back. He can’t stand square.
We have had the box about 12 years and nothing else has seemed to care, this one I feel looks a bit awkward.
I only ever travel him. So I could take the partition out and, what cross tie him maybe?
Or perhaps have two partitions ‘making a middle of the lorry standing area?
How would these ideas affect the feel of driving the lorry?
Would it cost a lot?
Just an idea, he does travel ok, I’m just looking at making things better!
