3.5tonne lorries to purchase

Depending on what you're looking for I'm selling a lovely little lorry for a very reasonable price. What are your requirements?

Depends how much you have to spend? If you have shedloads of money (well, OK, about £10k upwards) then go to a dealer place.

If not then adverts in local saddlers, Trade It, H&H adverts and Horsemart are all good places to look :)

I will restrain myself from trying to sell you my lorry though cos I want to keep it now even though I shouldnt :D

im looking for something no more than 10 years, low ramp take upto 2x16hd and some living. Ideally a coach build box but would consider a van type.

Mine would meet all those requirements apart from the fact that it will only take up to 15.2hh.

If you're looking for something that will have the weight capacity for 2 16hhs then I would say go to a dealer because only the very newest type of 3.5tons will have the weight capacity to carry two horses of that size plus people and tack.

Even a new 3.5t probably wouldn't have enough payload for two 16hh horses I'm afraid. My box has a good payload (1.25t) and I can only take G and all equipment (and me and maybe one other person).

hi, have a look on the Travel Two website. Polly specialises in 2 horse boxes and has been very helpful to me. all the boxes come with full MOT, warranty, service etc.

Try 3 counties horse boxes, im in the middle of ordering one from them, a part conversion which is much cheaper, it is all ready to use, but the tack area at the back is left as a shell. Saving alot of money this way, and then we can do it ourselves or get it done when i can afford it.
