3 - in - 1 Shirt

I own a 3 - in - 1 competition shirt and have always worn it with a tie at showing, now turning my inexperienced hand to dressage!

however, I have one minor problem, I bought an easy tie stock and dont know how to attach it! I have tried everything I can think of, but it isnt working! My brother, who isnt in at the moment uses the same shirt and stock, but I cant wait around for him to tell me!
Any experts out there?

Unfortunatly not though!
It is a ready tied, easy tie stock, It is the attaching to my shirt that is the problem!

The Brother is here now - It buttons to the front of your shirt and velcro's round the back. The collar then buttons onto the rest of buttons, and hides the webbing.
