365vet - any good?

Just looking for reviews. I normally buy from Animed but they don't have the item I want in stock, and I've heard rumours that Viovet have been a bit slow to dispatch lately. Any views welcome!

I've not used 365vet but haven't had any issues with slow dispatch from Viovet either (and order fairly regularly from them).

Have used 365 before when needed prescription for dog meds. Found them good. Usually use Viovet but occasionally find they are slow.

The last time I used Viovet they were slow to deliver. It took a week without any communication on their side to dispatch the order.

I use 365 vet for Prascend , they are usually cheapest . Never had any issues with them , delivery usually within 4?or 5 days

I'm pretty close to the physical shop, and have long bought my wormers from them before they launched into prescription medication. They're decent .

They're considerably cheaper that Viovet for the item I want so just placed an order, thanks for all the recommendations

I ordered from viovet this week and it was delivered promptly.

I ordered from Viovet on 10 March and I have still not received my order on 22 March. They were even slow in answering my query as to what has happened to my order and can’t tell me when it will arrive.

They said ‘Unfortunately, as we are experiencing a backlog at the moment, I cannot give you an exact date of when your order will arrive’.

Not impressive when placing the order the indication was a 3 day delivery timescale.

Something has gone terribly wrong with them.

I haven’t had any issues with VioVet and ordered from them recently. I don’t think I’ve ever used 365vet but another good site to try would be Hyperdrug.

Just to update since this thread has been revived! My order from 365Vet came very promptly, I would definitely recommend!

I ordered from VioVet several days later as I needed something that wasn't available from 365Vet or Animed. I got an email several days after ordering to say the item was out of stock and was initially a bit miffed, but it arrived about 4 days later so wasn't a huge delay.
