According to the BBC news today, elderly and infirm housebound by the snow, have been supplied with meals by volunteers using their own 4WD.

Dear Gordon Brown,

Wasn't it your plan to tax the 4WD out of existence. Now you know why these vehicles serve a practical purpose for people living in rural communities.
