4 weeks notice in livery contract - Help

I am a regular on here but posting under different name for now...

I pay my livery 4 weekly (in advance), last paid on Monday 18th so this takes me up to the 15th of June. I have been looking to move yards for some time now and have been on a waiting list for another yard. On Monday (25th) I was told a stable will be available from the 27th of June. I gave my YO my written notice that night and have paid a further 2 weeks livery up front. She didn't say anything at the time however I have received a text from her today saying I have to give 4 weeks notice from payment day so I am still owing her money?! Surely 4 weeks notice is 4 weeks notice regardless of when it's given?

Agreed. Contract does not state notice starts running from payment date so 4 weeks from when you put this in writing. Absolutely, go tell her jump.

I count for weeks notice from the time the livery tells me and the 4 weeks payment is for those weeks and if it fall in the middle of the month then only the outstanding needs to be paid as 2 weeks were already paid in the previous month.
