Disgusting that things like this still happening. Donkey Sanctuary attended in 2016 but it has taken this long to reach a conclusion.
Thank goodness the law was updated so a longer sentence than 6 months could be given for cruelty cases. Hate though that the current policy of letting people out after serving 40% of sentence means that the he won't suffer the full year in prison.
