Well, you all know about Cindy and the nonsensical outcome of the 'non trial'.
We all know about the driver, quite rightly, jailed in Burnley for a similar crime, where amazingly, the horse and rider escaped serious injury.
Now look in todays paper and read of the piece of scum who broke a (human) baby's leg and was jailed for just 5 DAYS.
All I can say is God help us all - why does our justice system vary so much?
