50g and 100g rugs?

Can anyone recommend a manufacturer who does these for a reasonable cost, my usual default Swish are all out of the sizes I need, gutted

PE do 100 and think Amigo, do a 40 which I brought last year and PE also do a 70, if that's any help.

No good for chunky horses - no shoulder gussets. Also, at only 600D, I wouldn't put it on 2 of mine, likely to be a little tougher on their rugs. One went through a 1200D within one winter...

I bought it for my 3yo, she's a little heavy on her rugs, tending to attempt Houdini tricks and the like. I'm impressed with it so far. It's nice and deep too, and true to size.

I have the Amigo 50g and it's good for a 600d rug but my gelding is kind on his rugs and he's a slim build so suits the cut. Bucas Smartex Rains are really fab but they are expensive.

H Zone do a nice 100g. I treasure my weatherbeeta landa freestyle 100g, I bought it 6 years ago and it was been beaten up and torn and trashed and every time I get it sewn up because a good 100g that fits my pony well is hard to find!

I've just tried Ruggles for the first time. I ordered a 100g stable rug and it seems a good fit and well made... Time will tell though I suppose. Quick delivery I found too

I have the Shires 100g, doesn't rub his shoulders and he is sensitive but it lasted about one trip in the field before it got ripped... granted it isn't his doing, it is the other horse that bites it, but I had hoped it might last a couple of months!
He is still wearing it though, just with a bit of ventilation
