I havent written an update for a while and since ive now owned arnie for 6 months i feel its needed!!
hes gone from looking like this:

And he's been up to lots! As of late 2 ode's as im hoping to event him next year. The first one he scored a 40 DR and was clear SJ and clear XC except i took a learner at the ditch as i hadnt had chance to school him over one and hes only 5! i didnt think it was fair to throw him in the deep end! so he finished on 55 but he was unbelievably awesome so i was happy happy happy ohhhh and to top it off he finished 12th!! que lots of this

His 2nd ode was at keysoe yesterday where he scored a 39 DR initially i was a bit disheartened as i thought it felt better but hey its an improvement from his first ode score!! He was then double clear and just felt amazing xc he doesnt look at a thing except of course all the scary fences hes not actually jumping!!! we picked up 6.4 time faults and finished 9th!!! HE IS SUCH A DUDE! (i have full permission to post the following 3 pics so please no button pushers

Does anyone know of a way to prevent myself leaning left when i jump??? I have no idea why i do it and i hate it, i try to remember to look up and ahead but when im in a course of jumps i just forget
His next outing is dressage this weekend where its double points so im hoping we will qualify for the unaffiliated championships he's only 5 points away!!! This will be a real achievment for me and him especially as im no dressage rider!!! Then he's off to Great Witchingham for another ode to get him ready for the Mk 3DE in sept which i am majourily excited for!!!!!! so thats him! He's the best thing thats happened to me this year and i have high hope for next year
He obviously loves me too cuz i have what can only be described as what looks like a hickey on my neck.... and no its not..... he headbutted me at 4am yesterday whilst i was trying to plait him and the clip of the leadrope got me right in the neck!! try explaining that one in work!!!! i did get a few strange looks! im innocent i swear!!! He is forgiven thou he's just to damn awesome to be angry at!!
Finally i lost my other lad over a month ago and a friend sent me across some pics she took of him the day before he went so here's freddie... (please ignore me i look horrid!)
