6 weeks later and were flying :)

So 6 weeks later after schooling ffrom someone I barely knew, now I consider a very good friend and an amazing lady my horse who didn't know what stop meant or barely knew what canter meant, we can now work on the bit in a slow trot, go into canter properly without pacing and just generally have brakes!

This jump was from today, in a xc training field at the place he's being schooled, and we trotted round it beautifully, he's amazing and after 6 weeks I'm astounded how calm and collected he is now.
