60 horses still stranded

Ok I admit I haven't any idea why these horses are kept here. This link relates to the floods in November.
I cannot fathom why someone would have 60 Argentinian cattle horses and why they would keep them in these conditions.

Yeah Right "The Owner was caught out" River Severn Flood Plain! the tidal Severn has a 12 meter tidal range the second largest in the world to hold water back up stream.

RSPCA are now asking for volunteers with land if they need to move them apparently its horses and cattle.

The RSPCA are not doing anything according to site on FB! They don't think the horses are in any danger? The water has risen again in the last 24hrs if it rises again they will all drown as there will be no where for them to go. Very sad situation
