6mnth old toilet training

Ok puppy is now 6 mnths old.
He is relatively toilet trained, but still occasionally has the odd accident in the house.
is this normal? or should he be 100% accident free now?

Otto is 7 months old, occasionally he has the odd accident, but it is usually because his attempts to tell us he needs us have been ignored/unnoticed

He did only start his house training at 5 months old though, he had lived in a stable up until then.

My pup is nearly 8 months old and also still has occasional accidents. Like Otto it is usually when I haven't realised she keeps going to the door

She is fine all night now, and has been for a while. She had an upset tum a couple of weeks ago (she had eaten vast amounts of ice from water troughs) and bless her she woke me regularly throughout the night when she needed to go out.
OP sounds as if your pup is just normal really, unless he is making no attempt to ask to go out before the acccidents.

Otto is fine all night too, and during the morning (in his crate) whilst I'm at work.

In fact he has always been fine through the night, the only time I've had to get up is when he had an upset tum, and he was whining desperately to get out!

well he is 100% over night
and even during the day when I am at uni he holds it all! (very happy with that!)
but the mometn I am home he gets let out, does wat ever is in storage. and then occasionnaly he will come in, and just get excited (there is another dog) and has a poop or something! (often at teh top of the stairs when we are down in teh lounge!)

at least he seems a little bit normal (WOHOO!)
