You need to contact the Area Rep for your riding club area who are the ones to go to for rule issues in the first instance. Your rep details can be found at the front of the rule book.
If you don't have a rep then contact head office who will be able to advise.

That's shocking and quite malicious IMHO.
Unless someone has say a conviction for animal abuse , people's opinions shouldn't stop anyone joining.

What does it say in the constitution?Are the committee members allowed to pick and choose? Surely as it is a club the committee and or existing members can say who they want or don't want to join so long as it doesn't infringe on racial or sexual orientation.

It’s a small world and I suspect those being talked about became aware. OPs concerns were valid but I can see why addressing it privately is probably the better option x

While the post might have gone hopefully it will be useful for anyone who has any issues with a riding club to know that they can go to an Area Rep who will help deal with the problem and/or be the contact with head office.
