95% strike rate - how to gain last 5% (cuteness video)

So as on previous thread puppy, he has a 95% strike rate on getting complete strangers to come and talk to him (think people coming out of shops as you walk by the window with him!) He wants to know how to gain the last 5% ...barring the ones who are dead inside.

So I asked him to show off his moves for constructive criticism. He said he was a bit tired and I wasn’t interesting enough to go full bore cuteness, so you have to imagine this little face with a waggley tail and a smiley face, locked on to your eyes.

I am going to have to keep a close eye on him and OH as puppy is a complete girl magnet and OH is pretty good looking so it’s a dangerous combination!!...maybe I shouldn’t be looking for extra pointers!
