Just wanted to say thank you to Laura at Equestrian World, not only did she get me a great insurance deal for my 3 horses with Rural insurance. I was apprehensive about using an insurance company no-one seemed to know much about bad or good!!

But she has made my vet claim as painfree as possible and I will be getting all the vet fees (bar the excess) paid! Thank you!

Ditto that. Company have been really good and i have also dealt with laura who is always so helpful. Its nice to phone and speak to someone who remembers you and your horses names! She's a star, wouldnt go with anyone else

I used their online quotation and never heard back from them at all.Guess I will have to try again to get a quote

i have used them for over 3 yrs for insuring my horse boxes, they have not only been the cheapest but when i crashed last yr my insurance only went up £40, i wouldnt change from them, used nfu for yrs but joe at equestrian world knocked £250 off the price
