I just wanted to say a thank you to all of the wonderful people that have sent things to aid Prince's recovery and make him feel as special as all of our loved horses do.

Prince now has 3 brand spanking new rugs bought by Bestdogdash and sent to me. I can't explain how thankful i am, he's really going to need them in the winter and i wouldn't have been able to afford brand new ones. He seems to know how special they are as he hasn't muddied any of them and looks the swankiest horse at the yard!

A huge thank you to MrsMozart who sent Prince some overreach boots to stop his overgrown hooves overreaching and damaging his feet and paid the entire bill for his vet check and dentist!

Fiona at Rutland Horse Extras very kindly donated a 3 month supply of LIFEFORCE supplement which will hopefully aid Prince's digestion and help him take in a the food he's getting!

Another thank you to Holly at Greenstead Green Animal Feeds that donated a brand new fly rug, grooming kit, pink powder, biotin +, fennel, 3x fast fibre, speedibeet, alfa a, likit and likit holder, micronised linseed and probably more but my memory is shoddy!

And finally caroline who extremely kindly donated £150 throughout the last month that has allowed me to but things such as wormer, farrier, feed, hay and his beautiful new headcollar.

I can't thank you all enough, your generosity has genuinely bowled me over! We often see a dark side to HHO but this truly shows the kindness of people that can bad together in a neglected horse's time of need.

And a special thank you to all of the lovely posters that have given me advice and kind words. I'm glad i didnt have to go through this alone.

If theres anyone i've missed or someone who may have sent something that i haven't recieved, please let me know.

Thank you all for giving this horse a chance.

Gosh, well done to all those people - they are a nice bunch! :)

And well done to you and Prince too, looks like you're both working hard to get him better, hope he's enjoying the special attention now the weather has gone all manky :)

Oh this is just lovely :) My OH has promised to send our parcel via his work courier so should hopefully be with you next week.

Well done folks. He's a proper HHO horse :)

Hadn't read any of the previous posts about him but have now done so and read your blog. Well done everyone. Just to say I had a horse lose an enormous amount of weight albeit over a short period of time due to ill health and he came back fine. Took time and he looked awful for quite a while but sounds like Prince has a good appetite which is a good starting point.

Ok that post made me cry. The people on this forum just never fail to amaze me and i appluade you all for your kindness.
OP i also applaude you for just never giving up on Prince and he is a credit to your care love and pure determination.
Well done to each and every single one of you. This shows the bloody good side of the horse world x x x x
