A big thumbs up to townfields saddlers!!

well as we are all very good at moaning bout bad service i thought i would share my experience of some very good service from townfields saddlers!! i bought a pair of dublin river boots from their trade stand at burghley in sept and 4 months later they had developed a leak. so i parcelled them up on sat with a covering letter and having no receipt i was expecting a long drawn out battle!! well to my suprise i received a phone call from townfields today saying a new replacement pair had been despatched to me-im impressed and a very satisfied customer!!

Fantastic. I don't think I have ever heard anything bad about them, and they are always very helpful on their stand at Badminton.

I love townfields, Adrian is a lovely lovely man and the rest of the team are awesome too, always enjoy there stand at hicksted and having a chat with them all, my mum has been friends with Adrian for years and years

I really like Townfields too - always go and visit when I'm dragged to the in-laws

I like Townfields. I often go to their shop in Coventry.

The owner has a gorgeous house and stables not far from my yard. Wish Ihad the money to build a similar place.

Townfields are about 20 minutes drive for me and seeing this post has reminded me that it's around their sale time.... have I missed it or can someone tell me when it is?
